The hotel was clean with excellent staff, it exceeded high expectations. The location of the venue was central, adjacent to the more chaotic downtown and south mall area as well as the outskirts of town. Had lunch/dinner at Shari's, which I found just a short walk away from the hotel. The experience was very nice and I would stay here again.

Facility is due for renovation and way overpriced for what it was. Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Hide-a-bed sofa was not an appropriate 2nd bed for the room -

The indoor pool was a great feature for relaxation after a long drive. Staff members were attentive, always ensuring we had what we needed.

Staff is super friendly, and they have sugar cookies for you when you check in. The Hot Tub was amazing, and the pool is not freezing cold. Breakfast was great, you can also make your own pancakes or waffle so it's fresher. My bed felt amazing and the building was beautiful.

We liked the pool/spa being open 24 hours a day. We swam with just two other adults there and it was wonderful.

Nothing really bad. The refrigerator kind of "hummed" all night though.

We got there and were told they had no room for us. Somehow they were overbooked. Got us into a king bed room for 4 of us. Asked for rollaway and there wasn't one. Asked for more blankets and pillows they didn't have any. Asked for extra towels didn't have any. Never again.
